He was predeceased by: his son Brayden Bixby. He is survived by: his parents, Robert Bixby and Mary Ross Bixby of Wirt; his sister Shelby McFall (Jim) of Cuba; and his sons, Wyatt Sitter and Jeremiah Bixby. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorials may be made to the Obi Community Church.
