He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Meacham and Marabell Green Meacham; his wife Cora R. Stoddard; his children, Michael Meacham and Katherine Dulanski; his daughter-in-law Elaine Meacham; his grandson Brian Meacham; and his siblings, Florence Meacham and Herman Meacham.
He is survived by: his stepson George Gray (Joan Gibbs) of Salamanca; his grandson Gary Dulanski (Robin) of Olean; and his sister Laura Baldwin of Olean.
