She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Smith and Frances Himelsbaugh Smith; and her brothers, Dale Smith, William "Bill" Smith and Marlin Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Frank Hosley; her children, Daphne Ralyea (Hosley) of Columbus, OH and Frank Hosley Jr.; and her grandchildren, Jarod and Justin Ralyea of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Face masks will be required for all visitors.
