Kelley of Olean; his son Dennis R. Vogel of Saranac Lake; his fiancée Norma C. VanBuskirk; his fiancée's child Izabella P. Safriet of Colorado Springs, CO; his siblings, David A. Vogel, III (Stephanie R. Pikulski) of Allegany and Kristen E. Hitchcock of Olean; his stepfather Andrew J. Hitchcock of Olean; and his grandparents, Bobbi Jo, Tim A. Sisson of Olean, James C. and Judy A. Hitchcock of Allegany. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
