It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent D. Wise of Cuba, New York, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 22, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Theis and Betty Theis; and his son Jeramy Wise. He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Bartz; his children, Shanin Cull, Kristian Cull, Mandi Coughlin, Donivan Wise and Desirae Wise; and his brother Jim Theis. He is also survived by many grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
