It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Skinner of Cuddebackville, New York, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Frace and Mary Louise Meyers Frace; and her spouse Ernestus Skinner. She is survived by : her children, Ernestus A. "Bud" Skinner, Mary Elizabeth Skinner (Warren) and Richard Allen Skinner (Debbie); her grandchildren, Sean Reynolds (Tara), Natisha Canter (Jeremy), Amanda Haggerty (Anthony), Kimberly Stroud (Clint) and Jason Skinner; and her great grandchildren, Majestic, Jaydon, Jameson, Isabella, Nathan, Alexandria, Christopher and William.
