She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter Scudder and Lula Blauvelt Scudder; her husband Dale Secrist; her father-in-law Roy Secrist; her brother Charles Utter; her sister-in-law Arlene Utter; and her niece Lucinda Brown.

She is survived by : her children, Pamela Secrist of Sayre, Jeffrey Secrist (Heather) of Sayre, Jennifer Hannis (Michael) of Sayre and James Secrist (Stacey) of Sayre; her brother Donald Scudder (Della) of Sayre; her sister-in-law Lillian Schoppe (Wayne); her grandchildren, Benjamin Secrist (Katie) of Sayre and Shelby Secrist of Barton; her great grandchildren, Paige, Gabriel, Zoey and Ivy; her cousins, Shirley Hammond (Bob), Marilyn Hadlock (Dick) and Beverly Wolcott (Ken); her close friends, Ursula Eiklor, Imogene Parris, Shirley Curtis and Judy Burnett; and her nieces and nephews, Karen, Bernice, Charlene, Todd, Wayne and Neil. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
