He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden W. Gaylord and Virginia M. Barnes Gaylord; his wife Anna Hoffay Gaylord; and his brother Gordon. He is survived by: his children, Rich Gaylord (Beth) and Jennifer Daly (James); and his grandchildren, Jared Daly, Ian Daly and Gillian Gaylord. He is also survived by many loving relatives and close friends.
