He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pacuk and Josephine Pacuk (Young); and his sister Carolyn O'Leary (Pacuk). He is survived by: his wife Dianne Pacuk (Lisa); his children, Janice Scott (Pacuk) and James Pacuk; his siblings, Richard Pacuk and Barbara Ortiz (Pacuk); and his grandchildren, Tulsa J. Scott and Sierra Scott.
