He is survived by: his wife Diana Boardman Bernard; his stepchildren, Mark Bernard (Hope), Michael Bernard (Lorrie) and Michelle Bernard (Wally); his grandchildren, Kraig Johnson, Keith Johnson (Melissa) and Kandee Simpson (Patrick); his stepgrandchildren, Melinda, Elliot, Tiffany, Corey, Christopher and Brian; his great grandchildren, Liliah, Abby, Olivia, McKenna, Kyle, Maddie, Keelyn, Kierstin and Kayleigh; and his brother Andre.
