It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Theresa A. Bernard (Delevan, New York), born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on April 12, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Dzialak and Ann Dzialak (Ruta); and her sister Florence Walentynowicz (Leonard). She is survived by : her husband Walter Bernard; and her children, David Bernard (Sherry) of Freedom, Suzann Edwards (James) of Ballston Spa, Doreen Schurr (Gerald) of Delevan and Ann Marie Thompson (Timothy) of Delevan. She is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
