She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald O.; and her siblings, William Bartlemes and Shirley Rustowicz (Florian). She is survived by: her children, Paul O'Connor, Michelle Pratt and Carrie Landers (Douglas); her stepson Jeffrey Pratt; and her grandchildren, Janessa, Hannah, Faith, Jacob, Benjamin, Brooke and Lindsey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
