She was predeceased by: her spouse Robert F. Kolasa; her parent Antoni Mucha (late Theresa); her sisters, Sophie Grabowski (Henry), Stella Casey (Casey), Helen Michalski, Julia Mucha and Jeannie Mucha; and her parent-in-law Bernard Kolasa (late Martha).
She is survived by: her child Robert G. Kolasa (Deborah); and her sibling-in-law Richard Kolasa. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
