She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Kozlowski; and her parents, Raymond Smith and Alta May Smith. She is survived by: her children, Paul, Jr. (Sherry Converse), Sandra Pawlak (Tom) and Gale Brady (Mike Rautenstrauch). She is also survived by eight brothers and six sisters; also survived by nieces and nephews.
