He was predeceased by: his parents, WIlliam Pawlak and Joan Pawlak; and his sister Sylvia Stachura (Leo). He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Pokorski); his children, Corey and Chandra Pawlak (Marci); his grandchildren, Anthony Pawlak, Adrian, Owen, Amaya, MIchael and Christopher; and his brothers, Robert (Eleanor), David and James Pawlak (Rita). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
