He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia A.; his children, Carl (Sarina), Julie Kozlowski and Mary Ellen Kozlowski; his grandchildren, Bianca and Mariah; his parents, Edward Kozlowski and Sophie Kozlowski; his sister Elaine Kubiak (late Stephen); and his sibling's children, April Bickart (Richard), Stephen Kubiak and Edward Kubiak.
Memorials may be made to either Hospice Buffalo or Alzheimer's Association.
