He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald (Judith) and Evelyn Pyszczynski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Julie Lawson and David (Karen); his grandchildren, Shaun, Ryan and Rachel; and his sister Sylvia Thomas (Richard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
