It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Penner (Depew, New York), who passed away on November 20, 2019, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. Penner. He is survived by: his son Cody Penner; his father Richard J. Penner; and his siblings, Mary Lou Moreland (Bill), Christine Stanley (James), Timothy, Jeffrey and Paul Penner (Beth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews.
