She was predeceased by : her parents, Yvonne Shofkom and Faris Shofkom; her daughter Lisa Hubbard; and her brother Kenneth Shofkom. She is survived by : her husband Bradley "Butch" Hubbard; her daughter Renee Conklin (Scott); her grandchildren, Courtney Conklin (Sal) and Camden Conklin (Kayla); and her sisters, Carol Weymonth (Dave) and Nancy Davidson (Henry).
