We are sad to announce that on January 3, 2021, Douglas C. Ratliff of Deruyter, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Oliver W. Ratliff Sr. and Cecile M. Ratliff; and his siblings, Oliver Ratliff Jr., Gregory Ratliff and Carol James.

He is survived by : his children, Cassandra Ratliff, Rachel Ratliff (Jacob Cross) and Beau Janack; his grandson Gabriel Rogers; and his siblings, David Ratliff Sr., Mary Dority, Jeffrey Ratliff, James Ratliff, Donna Ratliff and Sandy Cline-Refermat. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
