It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard G. Bailey of Deruyter, New York, who passed away on November 13, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Bailey and Helen Bailey; and his siblings, Ronald and Mary Jill Loewy. He is survived by : his wife Lorraine Church Bailey; his children, Christine DeRegis (Jamie), Linda Stewart (Todd), Karen Raio (Nicolas) and Kevin Bailey (Alexis); his siblings, Robert and Janet Melito (Richie); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Christian DeRegis, Jason (Betsy), Maegan, Emily, Eric Stewart, Juliana, Olivia, Anthony Raio, Carter, Kyle and Reid Bailey. He is also survived by Dad to his four children and a fun and dedicated Papa to his twelve grandchildren.
