He was predeceased by : his parent Fanibelle Moye. He is survived by : his wife Colleen Neville Tatum; his children, Kathleen Tatum of Pittsburgh, Victor Tatum Jr. of Pittsburgh and Daniel Irvin (Dawn) of Bonaire, Georgia; and his grandson Cooper Irvin.

Due to the current COVID 19 pandemic burial will be private.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Waverly Presbyterian Church (590 South Braddock Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15221).
