We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Barbara E. Neff of Dobbs Ferry, New York, born in Richland, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her sons, James, William and Nicolas; her grandchildren, Zachary and Amanda Neff; her husband Greg; and her sister Mary Hess (Arlan).

The cause was complications from Covid pneumonia.

She also was very active in WELCA, a womens' group, which raises funds for supporting missionaries and for other church activities, such as raising donations to the Food Pantry in Dobbs Ferry, and other charitable functions.
