A funeral service was held on Sunday, May 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A shiva was held on Monday, May 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM and on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Terry's Home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Carol's Memory be made via check made out to Mount Sinai School of Medicine, with "NIH Neurobiobank" in memo line.
