It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Colleen Citarella (Dobbs Ferry, New York), who passed away on February 27, 2019, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louisa Welch (Scannell) and John DeNeef Welch; and her children, Peter (CO), Cathy (NY), Mary (NY), Paul (GA), Stephen (SC) and Suzanne (NY). She was also cherished by her 12 grandchildren and her 2 great-grandchildren.
