He is survived by: his wife Lena Yee; his children, Helen P. Yee and Howard J.; his daughter-in-law Anita L. Yee; and his grandson Tyler A. Saponara. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Lung Association in Jay's memory.
