He is survived by: his children, Richard Kamke (Jane) of Dobbs Ferry, NY, Karen Scheib (Paul) of Holliston, MA and Virginia Cook (James) of Pearl River, NY; his grandchildren, Justin, Summer, Eric, Ryan, Caroline, Lauren, Allison and Brian; his great grandchildren, Griffin, Autumn and Grayson; and his brother Charles Kamke.
