She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester A. O'Donnell (Cap) and Isabel M. O'Donnell; her former husband Timothy J. Lacy; and her siblings, Teresa, Eugene, Allen, Kenneth, Robert, William and Eileen.

She is survived by: her children, Beth Ann Lacy (Thomas Masciovecchio), Timothy J. Lacy, Mary Teresa Linkowski (Peter), Kathleen P. Schaefer and Patrick B. Lacy (Patricia); her grandchildren, Alison Bernstein, Jessica Palushaj, James Masciovecchio, Marissa Linkowski and Patrick G. Lacy; and her sister Diane Frank. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and by many friends.
