He is survived by: his parents, Samuel Wallace Vail Sr. and Heather Buell Vail; his wife Tanya Silva Vail; his daughter Julia Helene Vail of Roebling, NJ.; his sister Nancy Vail-Archer; his parents-in-law, Karin and Carlos C. Silva; his brother-in-law Carlos Silva of Bridgeport, CT.; his aunts, Nancy Law of Beaufort, SC, Margaret Morgan of Nashville, TN. and Sandra McCaffrey of Nashville, TN.; his uncle Brian Vail of Windsor, NY.; his nephew Louis Archer; and his niece Samantha Archer of Bordentown, NJ.. He is also survived by friends and family.
