He was predeceased by : his parents, Lacey L. Finley and Mary E. Finley (Metcalf); and his brothers, Edward and David Finley. He is survived by : his former life partner Joan Yutzler Langlois of Dover Plains, NY; his children, Brian Finley (Cindy) of Chatham, NY, Alan Finley (Heather) of Clinton Corners, NY, Beth Ferris (Randy) of Wingdale, NY, Shirley Hewlett (Donald) of Mifflinburg, PA and Becky Higgs (Kevin) of Millbrook, NY.; and his sisters, Vivian Lee of Trinity, NC, Kathy Pesti of Las Vegas, NV, Stacey Swindells of Mocksville, NC and Stephanie Mannino of Trinity, NC. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
