She was predeceased by : her parents, Teofilo Mascia and Mary Mascia (DelGrasso); her husband Joseph Murphy; her brother Ralph Mascia; and her son-in-law John Langert.

She is survived by : her children, Patricia Langert of Dover Plains, Nancy Murphy of Bronx, NY and Jay Murphy (Carol) of Wingdale, NY.; her grandchildren, Krysten Murphy Oliva (John Oliva), Nicholas Murphy, Joie'lynn Langert, Amanda and Gavin Broker; and her sister-in-law Anna Mascia. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
