She is survived by : her children, Karen Polsinelli of Duanesburg, NY, Patricia Crawford of Fairfax, VA, Susan Kaplan of Waldorf, MD, Janet Polsinelli of Southport, NC, Nancy Polsinelli of Jupiter, FL and Andrew Polsinelli of Dana Point, CA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carmella's name can be made to the City Mission of Schenectady or the Community Hospice Foundation of Albany.
