He is survived by: his children, Danielle Horn, Daniel Horn and Ashley Horn; his grandchild Kandice Horn; his daughter Mother Kelly Weisinger; and his former wife Diane Quigley. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, uncles, friends, and all of his brothers and sisters.
