She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Gburek; her son Christopher Gburek; her granddaughter Kathryn Kokeny; and her parents, Lawrence Dziadaszek and Agnes Dziadaszek.
She is survived by: her children, John L. Gburek (JoAnne) and Arlette Litten (late Mark); her grandchildren, Kristie Kokeny, Michael Kokeny (Kelsey), Dr. John R. Gburek, Katelyn Kokeny and Lindsay Sova (Shaun); and her great grandchildren, Michael and Simon. She is also survived by 3 sisters and 2 brothers; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
