Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Cherng leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Pei-Ren Suen and Shou-Jun Huang. He is survived by: his spouse Ying; his children, Hsu Chi "Andy" Suen (Li Chiu Suen), Mark Suen (Chih-Ai Lu) and Frank Suen (Shiuen Huang Tzeng); and his grandchildren, Kenneth Lee Suen, Shawn Lee Suen, Grace Suen, Gabriel Suen, Timothy Suen and Zachary Suen. He is also survived by loving siblings, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Perna Funeral Home (8630 Transit Rd, East Amherst, NY 14051).
