He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Billingham (Ward); his children, James and Sarah; his parents, Tony Billingham and Janet Billingham (Wooldridge); his sister Susan Ridgeway; and his nephews, Jack and Marcus Ridgeway.
