She is survived by : her husband Louis E. Saad III; her son Alexander Saad; her parents, Ted Ptak and Della Ptak; and her siblings, David Ptak (Donna) and Lynn Lauricella (Michael). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Ann Marie.
