She was predeceased by: her husband John M. Phillips; and her grandson Sean. She is survived by: her children, Amy Phillips (Todd Riley), Becky Freeman (Christopher), Carol Phillips, Lindsay Harris, Brian Phillips, Erik Phillips and Sara Phillips; her grandchildren, Cody, Marren, Shannon, John, Kelly and Jack; and her siblings, Michael Mero and Kaye Mero. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to have donations made to Roswell Park Alliance Foundation, P.O. Box 631 Buffalo, NY 14240.
