He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Karl Alfons and Elizabeth; his sons, Karl (Bobbi-Jo) of Carmel, NY and Jon (Jennifer) of Salt Point, NY; his son-in-law Robert Rosenberger of Marlboro, NY; his sister Rhoda Conant of Bridgewater, NJ; his sister-in-law Bette Hamstra (Harold); his stepsiblings, Andrew Hagel (Jane) of Norristown, PA and Donna Owen (Bill) of Norristown, PA; his grandchildren, Brandon (Tyler Rosenberger), Kayla, Alex (Joy Selander) and Ryan (Jonathan Selander); his sibling's children, Heather Hamstra, Kirsten Conant, Andrew Hamstra and Stephen Conant; and his daughter Lisa Rosenberger.
