With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Angela Diaz of East Greenbush, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Angela left this world on December 5, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Diego Amador and Praxedes Del Rio; her husband Raymond Diaz, Sr.; and her siblings, Ernesto Amador, Emilio Amador and Severa "Dolly" Barcia.
She is survived by: her children, Marlyn Davenport (Tim), Vivian Donnelly (Rob), Ernie Amador (Kathy) and Ray Diaz (Sara); her grandchildren, Nick Moroz, Ernesto Amador (Madeline), Damon Amador (Katie), Katie Wygel (Joshua), Kyle Donnelly, Isabella Diaz, Spencer Diaz and Wyatt Diaz; her great grandchildren, Samson, Selah and Silas; her sisters, Milly White and Maria Gonzalez; and her brother-in-law Felipe Diaz. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St Mary (13 Marvin St, Clinton, NY 13323).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Angie's memory may be made to Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia and Lymphoma Society).
