Patricia Tomchik Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2025, at the age of 92, Patricia Tomchik of East Nassau, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patricia Tomchik to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. McLaughlin Sr. and Helen V. Owens; her husband John Tomchik; her son James Tomchik; and her brother John J. McLaughlin Jr..
She is survived by: her children, John Tomchik (Heather), Daniel Tomchik, Patricia DiCarlo (David) and Jeanne Cote (late Paul); her sister Marie Risko; and her daughter-in-law Vicki Tomchik. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas P. Mooney Funeral Home (11 Elm St, Nassau, NY 12123). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (26 Church St, Nassau, NY 12123). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM.
