He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen E. Zazzaro; and his daughters, Amy Louise Zazzaro and Valarie Zazzaro. He is survived by: his children, Donna Levitt (Darrell), Gene Zazzaro, Kathleen Zazzaro and Mark Zazzaro (late Diane); and his grandchildren, Lauren Zazzaro, Anthony Zazzaro and Jonathan Zazzaro.
