He was predeceased by: his parents, John Smith and Ursula Smith. He is survived by: his wife Marie April Gismondi; his children, Jennifer Smith, Jonathan Smith and Lesah Smith; his son-in-law William Davis; and his sister Paula Byrne (Jeffrey Byrne).
A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 6:00 PM at 507 Larkfield Rd, East Northport, NY 11731.
