He is survived by : his wife Marilee; his children, Karen Keast (Dana), Charlene Laughlin (Richard), Jackie Jarvis and William Keast (Jackie); his grandchildren, Lillian and William Keast; his sisters, Geraldine Villaume of Newtown, PA and Lillian Piercy of Honesdale, PA; and his sister-in-law Clara Keast of Waymart, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charley's memory may be made to the Minoa Fire Department, 240 North Main Street, Minoa, NY 13116.
