With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven J. Moses of East Syracuse, New York, who passed away on January 23, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Gordon Moses and Gloria Couch (Klein); his wife Mary Cullen; and his brothers, Gregory, Kevin Moses and Timothy Couch.

He is survived by : his stepfather Ernest Couch; his significant other Jo Ann Radlowski; his children, Kelly Williams (Darrick) and Timothy Moses; his grandchildren, Xavier and Jocelyn Williams; his extendeds, Radlowski and Christopher Woodside (Nicole); his brothers, Gorden Moses (Mary Ann), Michael Couch (Diane) and Joseph Couch; his aunt Mona Greene; his cousin Debi Rotondo; and also, Evelyn, Claudia, Camden, Jeffrey Woodside (Jenn Fisher) and Scotland. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
