He is survived by : his wife Krystyna; his children, Alexandra Swigon and Agnieszka Shawn (Aggy); his son-in-law Peter Shawn; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily and Jonathan.

A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Church (470 Westchester Ave, Yonkers, NY 10707). A burial was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:15 AM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (10 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
