He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Carpenter and Evelyn Carpenter; and his siblings, Cindy (Lui Casolini) and Grover Carpenter (Nancy). He is survived by : his wife Jane "Dede" (Wilson); his sons, Chad (Janelle) and Scott; his grandson Duncan; his brother Laird; and his sister-in-law Nancy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins and good friends.
