He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kawaler and Jeannette Kawaler. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his siblings, Debbie Kawaler, Lynn Kawaler and Laurie Bitten (James); his siblings' children, Jeremy (Estelle), Autumn Bitten, Tyler, Brenna, George, Amelia, Henry, Jonathan, Sophia, Gianna and Gavin; Melanie Andolinia (late George), Philip Kester (Shawneen) and Meghan Dinardo (Dan). He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Laing Funeral Home Inc. (2724 W Church St, Eden, NY 14057). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Eden Emergency Squad or Niagara County SPCA.
