She was predeceased by: her parents, Stefan Mackoviack and Anna Horak Mackoviack; her husband Joseph J. Jwaskiewicz; and her brothers, Milan, John and Steve Mackoviack.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Jwaskiewicz (Robyn) of Liverpool and Michelle Ahern (John) of Herkimer; and her grandchildren, Michael Jwaskiewicz, Adam Jwaskiewicz, Leanne LoCastro, Patrick Ahern and Joel Ahern. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
