He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank A. Gagnon, Sr. and Martha Gagnon (Chambers); his wife Shirley; and his siblings, Lettie LaVeck, Stanley, James and Benjamin.
He is survived by : his daughter Debi Rouse; his granddaughter Hillary Rouse; his great grandchild Skylar McGuirk of Baltimore, MD; his daughter Carmen Vallecillo of Miami, FL; and his brothers, Arthur of Springfield, MO and Morris of Edwards, NY. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and longtime friends.
